"I wanted to express my appreciation of your ability to foster innovative thinking in an industry that inherently lacks this initiative. Specifically, your firm must maintain its level of "daring" as your qualitative and quantitative research clearly supports. This is what separates your organization from the plethora of other firms in your field. Of course, it is never easy to take various segments of the healthcare industry into new "territory." Yet, your firm is clearly moving this juggernaut along."

"As a result of participating in your year-long "Social Marketing" training program, the idea of marketing social change has become an integral part of how Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties does business. The social marketing training taught us to think "outside the box" and to integrate successful techniques from the profit world into our world of non-profit. It increased our awareness of, and ability to become more market-driven. In fact, our Senior Management team has become well-versed in the benefits of social marketing and can not only talk the talk but walk the walk. We look forward to a continued relationship with you to hone our social marketing campaign so we may improve our outreach strategies and become a more effective social change agency. Thanks again for all your help and support."

"Moshe laid the groundwork and foundation for us to build a successful visual identity for the Alliance Healthcare Foundation throughout their entire communications program. His strategic planning and communications planning research document enabled me to get up to speed very quickly with the corporate culture of the Alliance and the perceptions of the Alliance partners. In my 15 years of developing corporate identities, clients oftentimes find design alternatives difficult to evaluate due to the subjective nature of design. His qualitative research enabled the Alliance to not only evaluate our designs on their visual appearance, but what the designs stand for and what qualities they convey to the Alliance’s target audience."

"Since we began working together in 1991, we have called on your professionalism and expertise many times. On each project we were moving into "uncharted waters", which is where your innovative assistance was particularly effective. As always, your work has provided us a very practical assessment on which to base our future decisions. Moshe, your creative "out of the box" thinking invariably leads us to innovative strategies which have produced fresh, practical, results-oriented solutions to very real problems. We look forward to working with you and your staff on many other challenging projects in the future."

"Thank you very much for your presentation "Responding to Crises: How a Strong Brand Identity Anchors Your Efforts." In the wake of September 11, America is on high alert, and it is essential that healthcare communicators are prepared to respond to a major crisis. Clearly, audience members were thrilled to learn about the specific techniques you discussed including the "Identity Platform and Tailored Messages" approach. I am confident that many Health care Communicator members in attendance have taken your ideas back to their respective healthcare institutions for application."

"We are doubly grateful for your workshop presentation for the Association of Fundraising Professionals on October 4. Your appearance in February created such demand that the members are very pleased that you agreed to return for a longer session. Your practical, applicable model for strengthening the image and appeal of their organization provided our members with immediate steps to take to build relationships with donors. All of us appreciated your understanding of nonprofits and your fondness for socially conscious organizations."
