   We now offer the Executive Advising Program for individuals, and the Executive Team Advising Program (for small groups) - both exclusively with Moshe Engelberg, Ph.D., one of America's most respected consultants for socially minded companies.

We now offer two versions of a confidential advisory consulting and coaching program for CEOs, senior executives and managers, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals. One is for individuals, and one is for Executive Teams. Both programs foster rapid change and generate powerful improvements in how socially minded companies do business. Dr. Moshe Engelberg is the exclusive resource for all those who enroll in the programs.

Investing in Your Business
The Executive Advising program, and the Executive Team Advising program, is six months of unlimited access to Dr. Moshe Engelberg for consultation and coaching that directly advances your core business objectives to get your company to the next level. Topics include organizational development, strategic planning, leadership, fundraising, marketing, branding, advertising, and overall research and development.
  • You will gain perspective, focus your company on what it does best, and move forward to advance your mission and money objectives.
  • I will challenge your thinking, be your sounding board for critical decisions, and facilitate your business success.
  • I will provide both strategic and 'how-to' guidance, with customized templates and tools as appropriate.
  • I also critique your plans, proposals and marketing materials, and help you prepare for presentations, retreats, sales meetings, etc.
  • The program will help you improve your marketing and fundraising, and your effectiveness with your Board, your management team, the media, and other key stakeholders.

The Executive Advising Program (for individuals)
You'll find this is a very powerful and effective learning experience - both personally and professionally. Most of our work together will take place by phone and e-mail, though we can also meet together in person when mutually convenient. The fee of $9,500 for six months is a modest investment and distinguishes those who are serious about growing their organization. Your investment is easily recouped through increased business revenues and/or decreased expenses. The fee must be paid in full in advance, and is non-refundable, without exception. The number of spaces available is limited.

The process is also available for small groups of senior executives and managers within your company who are involved in leadership, strategy, planning, marketing, and communications. The fee is $15,000-$20,000 for six months, depending on organizational size and number of participants.

How the Program Works
First, send us by email, fax, or regular mail, a brief summary of your situation and what you expect from the Executive Advising Program (or Executive Team Advising Program). I will review, call you if more information is needed, and let you know honestly whether we can meet your needs and if so, when we can start the process. (Since participation is limited, there may be a waiting list at times). Once payment is made by check or credit card, we will set up an initial phone conversation to discuss your particular needs and how best to proceed.

If we determine together that the program is right for you, I then study your business situation, your vision and goals, top organizational challenges, your marketing and competitive positioning, and the features, benefits, and value you offer. We mutually establish specific goals. You provide me with key documents, plans, marketing materials and if appropriate those of your competitors and collaborators. I consult with you when you ask, and I will provide you with advice, tools, and techniques as appropriate for your situation. We will also assess progress toward achieving your goals every two weeks, and make any necessary adjustments.

You may contact me for assistance daily, weekly, monthly; in person, by phone or e-mail - the frequency and style are up to you. I return all phone calls and all written correspondence within one business day, and usually much sooner. The fee is required to begin the process.
