Culture Change

Culture change doesn't have to be scary. In fact, culture change should result in growth − of revenue and opportunity and efficiency. We often start by working with clients on a specific project or product to demonstrate the power of listening to the customer and letting them experience for themselves what operating on customer knowledge can do for their bottom line. Then we work together to revolutionize their organization into an internally and externally customer-centric culture.

Saying we understand the politics around culture change is putting it mildly. We know that even getting this project started can be a significant undertaking. We know that you not only have to convince people to let you build a bridge, but that you also have to build it brick by brick, and then you have to get them to cross it, too. Later on, you might even have to inspect and reinforce the bridge after you've built it
